Beautiful detail of
two winged semi-nude cherubs/putti
, one holding a recorder or flute of some kind. Pierced & gilt. Marked with crossed double arrows in underglaze blue. Old price sticker of 5. White bulb-shaped short candle included.
This came out of a very nice estate of high-end antiques & collectibles.
No damage to cherubs that I can tell, a few petals of flowers & leaves have small chips here & there--not perfect but overall very nice for its age.
