Vtg 1954 Elvgren Advertising Pin up Calendar September Gaines Lumber St. Louis

Up for your consideration is a vintage Gaines Hardwood Lumber in St. Louis, MO advertising one month pin up 6" x 3 1/4" calendar with illustration by Gil Elvgren. The title of the photo is called "Fall Change Over" of a blonde sitting with golden leaves strategically placed.
The piece is a one month calendar for September of 1954. It's in nice condition for its age but it isn't perfect. There is a fold in the paper a the front left near the bottom. It is shown close up in photo 9. The back is discolored (yellowed) from age. It is also missing the first 17 days of the month as they were torn out.
