An excellent tournament chess set that includes triple weighted, cream and black, pieces boasting a 3.75 inch king (the base diameter is 1.5 inch and weighs 53 grams). Pieces display exquisite workmanship and have felted bottoms (the pieces total weight is about 2.2 pounds). The vinyl, black and white, roll-up board is 20 X 20 inches and has algebraic notations. The set comes with a Leap chess clock that is easy to set including adding delay or bonus times.
The board ships folded in a box which might cause some creases that improves with use.
