    Description

    Circa 1890s-1920s. The label states that this was FOR USE ON chemical, gas and dust fires, and that it was
    made of a non-poisonous and noncorrosive material
    . This never contained any liquid. The sand-like substance was designed to be thrown with your hand. This does not spray or have any moving parts, just a large tin canister with a lid.
    The graphics are wonderful and the litho is intact on the tin. There is some soiling, especially on the lower half. There is a dent in the bottom, at the rear and a few other minor dents and scuffs.
    Measures about 15" tall x 3" diameter. Weighs about 4 pounds.
