Beautiful lacey piece of imported porcelain from Romania by Moga well known in Europe for this type of fine detail. Company logo on bottom. Piece is hand made and hand painted and signed by artist. Pretty pansy flowers and gold gild on top edge. It is in excellent condition and has been on display in a glass cabinet only. It measures 6" across at top, 3 3/4" at bottom and 2 1/2" high. Comes with a metal stand for display. Any shipping overage will be refunded.
