This wonderful sturdy and solid French hunting folder is known as *Solognot*
it has been made in the renewed cutler's center of NOGENT
It has a yatagan style single edged blade with an slightly curved handle that ends with a steel crotal tail butt
The knife measures 17 cm long closed and is nearly 32,5 cm long opened.
The blade is plain with a long false edge.
This old knife  is in great condition, handles are not chipped,
blade is excellent, few small stains, no chips off the cutting edge, 100% full, nice sharp point.
