Antique Capodimonte  15" Centerpiece Bowl Gold Gilt Winged Dragon Handles
15 1/4" Long, 11 1/2" High, 5 1/4" Deep.
I am not an expert on this item.  It was purchased from an estate sale.  No markings that are legible found, but there appears to have been something on the bottom, that has worn off.
I did not find another exactly like this.
If you Google 434 Capodimonte Italy, a somewhat similar bowl can be seen.
