Plant 4" deep and 2" apart when received.
Saffron Crocus produces the most expensive spice in the world - Saffron!
The corms are easy to grow and bloom in the late fall after a summer of dormancy.  Plant in the fall or in the winter/spring.  The corms often sprout before planting, but this will not harm the bulb.  Plant immediately upon receipt and water.  They need to be unwatered during the summer and will sent up flowers as they begin to grow in the Fall.  Pluck out the 3 orange stigmas from each flower and dry.  Use them for cooking and enjoy the results.
