You will receive 10 fresh stalks.  Some stalks are partially rooted, some stalks have sprouts and some do not have roots yet. Lemongrass stalks are well wrapped in moist paper towel so they should be getting ready to be planted in a few days or  by the time you receive the lemongrass

very easy to grow
lemongrass from cuttings. You will be surprised on how fast they grow in water.
Just place them in a glass with 1 inch water for about a week or so. Change water every at least 2 days.  They will start to sprout with roots then they are ready to plant. Do not expose to sun when plants are newly planted.   Wait until they are fully established.
Do not expose to freezing temperature.
